2. Under no circumstances will deaz.in be liable for any loss to the advertiser for any error or omission by us. Cancellations and alterations will be accepted only in writing.

3. The advertiser will indemnify deaz.in for any action or claim on us by a third party resulting from any advertisement instructed by the advertiser or its agency.

4. deaz.in reserve the unqualified right to decline, change or reschedule any advertisement notwithstanding earlier acceptance by us or even if payment for the advertisement has been made.
